Section 60
Limitation for making complaints
: Apart from committing offenses punishable under Sections 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47, no action shall be taken against any other offense punishable under this Act if no complaint is filed within one year from the date of its commission. However, this clause shall not be deemed to hinder the filing of resignation within one year from the date of the foreign employment worker's arrival in the country.
